Once the model is completed and checked, a clash detection final check is performed to clarify that everything is correct. Using the BIM model, all required project deliverables are extracted, such as bill of quantities, all related plans, lists, calculations, technical and functional specifications, shop drawings, renders and virtual walkthroughs videos, and 4D time schedules.

The output of Basic and Detail design will be a complete set of deliverables which facilitates project bidding and then easy procurement and implementation. The design is done using a BIM model by Revit Autodesk software.
